Nashville Area Trials:
When there are two or more parties that are involved in a dispute, a trial may be needed to resolve it.
In law, a
trial is when
parties to a
dispute come together to present information (in the form of
evidence) in a
tribunal, a formal setting with the
authority to
adjudicate claims or disputes. One form of tribunal is a
court.
The tribunal, which may occur before a
judge,
jury,
or other designated
trier of fact, aims to achieve a resolution to their dispute.
This is the process of all parties having a fair time to share their information and argue their side of the dispute
so that a true and fair resolution can be accomplished.
Contact Morgan Reporting for any questions you may have
regarding your current or an upcoming trial.
